Past Performance Highlights
Project 1: We supported a DoD contract to implement new capabilities. We were able to minimize both cost and development time and produced rapid, incremental deliveries, solutions, fixes, and redesigns of current systems. We modified AHLTA and CHCS code to bring the systems into compliance with Information Assurance (IA) and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) guidelines.
Project 2: Our team helped stand up the Program Management Office (PMO) for the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DHMH) in support of the South Carolina Health Benefit Exchange. The purpose of this PMO was to establish best practices for program/project management, knowledge management, requirement management, process improvement as well as agile implementation.
Project 3: We supported a federal health agency developing a Records Management System. This system is the standard for document/records management across all of the agency. We provided customer service, network services, records digitization, and SDLC support within the Information Technology Branch (ITB).
